You will learn evidence-based skills proven effective in reducing distress & suffering. DBT skills are helpful for trauma, mood, anxiety & personality disorders. This group will help increase skillful decision-making, improve relationships & create more balance in your life. Core concepts of DBT are: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance (9-week module, $585 plus $30 materials fee), Interpersonal Effectiveness (10-week module, $650 plus $35 materials fee) & Emotion Regulation (12-week module, $780 plus $40 materials fee). Please note we don't bill insurance for this group.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group
KAP is an emergent modality that uses non-ordinary states induced by ketamine to help clients deepen their work in psychotherapy. KAP is often done 1:1 with a therapist & a medical provider, but can also be done in a group. While a group setting may seem intimidating or overwhelming at first glance, in a group format, clients get the added benefit of healing in community. Group KAP opportunities scheduled throughout the year: Thursdays, 5:30-7 pm preparation session, Saturdays, 9 am - 12:30 pm medicine session & Sundays 9:30-11 am integration session. Cost is $550-$800/group.

Radically Open DBT Skills Class for Adults
I offer RO DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Classes for Adults. RO DBT classes are designed to teach emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills to folx with emotional over-control. Individuals who over control their emotions are often highly successful in school and work settings and struggle to feel emotional closeness and connection with others in relationships. They often appear to “have it all together”, while also feeling lonely and isolated and struggling emotionally under the surface. Humans with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neuro-divergence, depression, PTSD/CPTSD and more can benefit from these skills classes.
