I believe that everyone has the ability to heal, learn, and thrive in the face of life's inevitable challenges. I provide individualized, compassionate care using techniques that are skills- focused and evidence-based. In my practice, these approaches have proven helpful for people struggling with medical issues such as neurological disorders, chronic pain, or fatigue and other symptoms related to physical imbalances. Many of my clients are also facing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, a major life transition, or a recent loss. I help individuals and couples to create more vital, balanced, and meaningful lives.

In therapy, I use skills to connect mind and body, like mindful breathing and staying in the moment. This work develops awareness of unhelpful, negative thoughts and unhealthy emotional patterns. I also explore what actions help to enrich clients' lives in ways that are consistent with personal values.

The benefits of therapy that my clients experience are: mind-body health, increased life balance, greater self-compassion and acceptance, movement into new and more meaningful directions in life. Ultimately, these changes cultivate peace of mind and help clients live more full and authentic lives.
