That matters because what's underneath the anxiety is often complex trauma, CPTSD, or dissociation — experiences that standard treatment wasn't built for. I stay present when things get heavy, go after the root rather than the surface, and work somatically as well as relationally — because insight alone doesn't heal what trauma has left behind.
