I use EMDR, IFS and other somatic therapies to support clients in healing from traumas and other adverse life events. This work frees us up to be who we were born to be; confident, peaceful, curious and more compassionate to self and others.
I enjoy a collaborative approach and focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment. It continues to be an honor for me to hear one's story.
