I use the Gottman method with Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples so we can quickly find strengths while also revealing areas that need attention. Using Emotionally Focused Family Therapy working with families on the deficits in secure attachment by providing a place of security. I use EMDR therapy to assist my clients in resolving current and past emotionally challenging and stuck issues.
