I specialize in assessment and trauma recovery, as we all deserve the tools to keep stepping forward. I work in a way that most clients leave with a new strategy to practice each session. I am trained in EMDR and also use ACT and CBT with mindfulness as therapeutic tools. I specialize in adult and child assessment of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavior, mood, and personality disorders, learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities. I particularly enjoy helping those with PTSD and C-PTSD.
I conduct developmental, cognitive, psychological and behavioral assessments to help clarify disorders and appropriate treatment modalities. I also offer treatment for common mental health conditions and trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD) using an eclectic approach using EMDR, ACT, CBT and mindfulness. I am also LGBTQ+, BDSM/Kink and Poly/ENM allied.
I specialize in helping people understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are separate but intertwined entities, and work with children, adolescents and adults to make lasting behavioral changes. My goal is to have you work toward goals you can achieve within 6-12 months, so you can build skills and feel higher self-competency in dealing with stress.
