I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) therapist providing compassionate counseling for children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and coping skills. My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered, helping clients build resilience and confidence in a safe environment. My certified therapy dog, Maisy, is also part of the counseling process and helps create a calming, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
I help clients develop coping skills, process trauma, manage anxiety and stress, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence in a supportive environment. Using evidence-based approaches including TF-CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to promote healing, resilience, personal growth, and healthier relationships.
