I specialize in treating children (9+), teenagers, and young adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, life transitions, and more. I offer a safe space to individuals who would like to explore their past experiences, learn new coping skills, and identify emotional needs. I like to include family or loved ones in the therapy process by offering coaching and education to improve support in the home setting. I am happy to collaborate with schools and other care providers to give the best quality care.
My approach uses evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I like to meet my clients where they are at while encouraging problem solving and goal setting. I have multiple years of experience providing CBT and DBT in intensive treatment settings.
