I believe that most people struggle at some points in their life. Many people find a way through that struggle, but it can take a while, and some people get stuck in the struggle. I can help you get to the root of what’s holding you back. One of my strengths is helping people dig through the clutter to find the real reasons they are stuck. Therapy is a place to process emotions and examine ways of thinking that hold us back from living a fuller and more fulfilling life. My priorities are to meet you where you are, figure out what’s going on together, and develop effective plans for change, to conquer challenges and nurture growth.
I work with individuals of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulties. This might be a child who needs some help handling big emotions, a teen worried about fitting in or anxious about school, or an adult struggling with challenges at home or at work. Whatever your situation, you don't need to tackle it on your own.
I have more than 25 years of experience in the federal government. I have addressed nationwide crises and am confident we can work together to address your needs, however big or small they seem.
