I approach healing by identifying the root cause of troubling behaviors and emotions and working from there. My approach is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Imago Relationship Theory, and Attachment Theory. I am EMDR certified, IFS Certified, and Level 3 trained in Gottman Couples Counseling and working toward Gottman certification.
I work with people who are curious about how life could be better and motivated to take steps toward that something better. I also work with people who are overwhelmed and can't see past their grief or trauma to even know what a next step might look like. Either way, the first step is finding an advocate.
