I also support clients experiencing grief and loss, helping them process emotions and navigate difficult transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Imago Relationship Therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, CBT, DBT, narrative, and sand tray therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
I help individuals and couples better understand themselves and their relationships. Using IFS and Imago Relationship Therapy, I support clients in improving communication, processing grief, and navigating emotional challenges to build more connected, fulfilling lives.
