Difficult life events often disrupt our sense of security, control, balance and connectedness and it can feel impossible to find our path again.

I use an eclectic, holistic approach to therapy. I can help guide you on your unique path to achieving an overall life balance by teaching new and more effective coping strategies. I am a certified Reiki Master and have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I believe animals offer a healing quality and bring my dogs to sessions!
