Clients come to me to explore how to be a better parent to their children or to understand themselves and grow after trauma and neglect. Often they discover there is a deep relationship between the two. Overarching all of my work is a focus on supporting families and individuals living with or impacted by neurodiversity, including those who have been late-diagnosed, helping them find self- understanding, connection, and sustainable change.
I have both expertise and passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma of all kinds, with particular focus on the intersection between neurodivergence and trauma treatment.
