I'm a licensed psychologist, with over 20 years of experience specializing in relationship problems, sex addictions, obsessive thinking, anxiety, and depression. I have advanced training to help couples overcome infidelity, lost connection, frequent arguments, and sexual problems. I use mindfulness and experiential approaches that rewire the brain's ability to cope with impulses, anxiety, and make sense of grief. I help people transcend the difficulties preventing them from living peaceful, joy-filled life. My work with clients is highly collaborative and tuning into your strengths will be of central importance.
I received excellent training at USC and Stanford and continue to stay current with the latest research to guide my work. I have a compassionate, non-judgmental and somewhat playful stance that characterizes the way I do therapy. I am fully engaged and my approach is both practical and deep.
