I believe that the client-therapist relationship is of the utmost importance in the therapeutic process and is an important predictor of the success of therapy. I enjoy helping clients to achieve their fullest potential through the development of realistic and measurable goals for therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents and have targeted working with those individuals 18 years and older.
I have years of experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use disorders, low self-esteem, disordered eating and other issues. Benefits of therapy include improved mood, decreased anxiety, better relationships, and increased self-esteem, among others. I have completed additional training in CBT to treat a range of issues.
