Hi there, I'm Amy! I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with individuals across the lifespan. I hope to offer encouragement and support to each person I work with as they navigate life's challenges. I combine a faith-based approach full of the hope and healing God offers us combined with clinical therapeutic models such as trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and grief therapy. I also support parents and children with behavioral support to promote positive parenting and student success.
I have years of experience working with children and teens with a vast variety of needs from behavioral concerns to those who have experienced trauma. I have spent my most recent years supporting adults ranging from new moms and dads to grandparents as they navigate life changes, mental health, and daily stressors.
