I am excited to announce we are offering trauma sensitive yoga, meditation classes, as well as, early evening/Saturday appts.
The most important variable of having a successful therapeutic experience is when therapy is provided in a safe, confidential, and comfortable space with a healthy and strong therapeutic alliance between the therapist and the client. It has been my life’s calling and honor to support someone in their journey of emotional healing. My hope is that you experience, maybe for the first time, your true and authentic “self". And to build healthy, loving relationships with others.
My specialty is in treating trauma, relationship issues, including dysfunctional relationships with those with narcissism, borderline traits & other complex attachment issues. I have extensive experience working with those with anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges to life events. I am certified in EMDR and training in DBT and parts/ego states.
A wholistic approach is used with your specific therapeutic goals in mind. Talk therapy is helpful and effective, and I may also integrate different techniques involving art, somatic experiencing, visualization, writing, etc . Please feel free to call or email me to set up an appointment.
