I work with adults, adolescents and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, depression, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Many appear functional on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or unable to relax. Clients often come to therapy after loss, medical scares, unhealthy relationship dynamics, or years of carrying too much alone. Using a warm, trauma-informed approach with Brainspotting, and nervous-system-focused therapy, I help clients process painful experiences, reduce anxiety, build boundaries, and feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
Brainspotting Certified and talk therapy. Brainspotting helps access and process trauma, anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm at a deeper brain and body level. By using eye position and attunement, it can reduce emotional intensity, support nervous system regulation, and help clients feel calmer, more grounded, and less stuck in painful patterns.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are used to carrying everything on your own. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and not alone in what you are facing. I offer in-person therapy in the Folsom and Rancho Murieta areas, as well as telehealth sessions throughout California.
