Are you looking for a non-judgmental therapist to help you navigate life direction, identity, and relationships? I mostly work with women and LGBTQ+ folks. I also have many years of experience working with Pueblo folks and adults with disabilities. I may be a good fit if either of these describe your identity. I use outdoor experiential activities, nature ceremony, somatic processing, parts work, DBT skills development, and relational counseling primarily.
