With over 10 years of experience, I enjoy working with a wide range of clients including adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups. I specialize in anxiety, self esteem issues and finding effective coping skills. I focus on supportive and creative treatment methods, using traditional talk therapy, expressive and alternative therapies.
I view each client as an individual, not always applying the same formula for treatment. I have extensive experience in talk therapy and also specialize in unique treatments such as expressive therapies. We can discuss creative options to help you identify effective coping strategies and ways to achieve your goals.
