I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where my clients can explore their issues and challenges they face. I see a wide array of clients with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship issues, anger issues etc. I feel privileged to be able to offer my assistance to others on this shared journey and commend you for reaching out for help to make things better. I am currently accepting new clients, and my services are offered at a reduced rate which makes affordability an option. My location is in Creve Coeur which is 20 minutes from O'Fallon, 15 minutes to Chesterfield, and approx 25 minutes to downtown.

I am a Certified Clinical Sex Addiction Therapist. I also have obtained special training in: (CBT), (ART) Accelerated Resolution, DBR Deep Brain Reorienting, (EMDR) Eye movement desensitization, (PMT) Parent Management, (EFT) Emotional Focused Therapy. I am also a Certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator (Premarital Therapy Training) and a Clinical Hypnotist

I use top down and bottom up methods. Top down is more cognitive processing like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Bottom up is more of an approach that connects to the body like EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization, DBR Deep brain reorienting, or ART Acceleration Resolution Therapy. Each client is treated individually, with therapy not being a one size fits all approach.

Grief is a normal response to loss, with it being emotional suffering you experience when someone or something you love is taken away. In the process, you may encounter all kinds of mixed and sudden emotions, from anger or shock to guilt, disbelief, and heartfelt sorrow. At times the discomfort of loss appears to be overwhelming.
