I have over 25 yrs of experience in the mental health field addressing an array of behavioral health challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, interpersonal stress, impulsivity, family dynamics, grief/loss, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and self acceptance.
