Mostly though, I focus on meeting you where you are and without judgment so that you can experience the growth you desire.
Concerns typically addressed are topics such as goals, recovery after betrayal, self-worth, grief, communication struggles, affair recovery, depression, parenting, marital stress, forgiveness, boundaries, perfectionism, self-care, relationship enhancement, negative body image and shame. You can explore anything you desire. The time is yours.
