Welcome to Henderson Family Therapy, LLC. I utilize a solution focused approach in my work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families, who are interested in improving the quality of their daily lives. Often times this includes attention to anxiety and/or depression, relationship challenges or life transitions. My work is thoughtfully designed for each client's experience. I focus on maintaining an interpersonal, client centered, approach to therapy, incorporating a sense of hope and wellness into our sessions. Some clients choose to work on one challenge at a time. Others explore themes that have challenged them for longer periods.
I am a Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am also a National Certified Counselor and I have earned a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. Providing therapy for clients who seek treatment for substance abuse and numerous other mental health concerns is my focus.
In addition to practicing at Henderson Family Therapy, I have been employed as a therapist at Bridge Counseling in Las Vegas. I have also been a therapist at UNLV's student counseling center and the community counseling center at UNLV, as well as the community counseling clinic at the University of Central Florida.
