About
I unreservedly believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and I have personally seen clients move from merely surviving to thriving. I am committed to offering a safe place in a non-judgmental setting where you can discover your own strengths and build a life worth living.
My clinical focus is trauma and traumatic grief. I also treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral and attachment issues. My initial goals are to help clients feel safe and empowered. From this place of safety, we work together to learn coping skills, to experience personal growth, and to process old wounds as needed.
If you or a loved one are currently experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties, I urge you to reach out. Take advantage of my free initial consultation to see if I am a good fit for you or your adolescent. I look forward to accompanying you on your wellness journey.
