I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience, and I genuinely love the work I do. Clients often describe me as compassionate, open, and accepting. I’m also known for being direct—I share my thoughts openly and work collaboratively to help clients gain clarity and make meaningful changes.
I believe therapy is a shared process. Together, we’ll explore what’s not working in your life and identify goals that feel both important and achievable. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in trying new ways of being.
My work is grounded in attachment theory, helping us understand how past relationships shape current patterns. I use an eclectic, integrative approach that draws from ACT, IFS, DBT, and Mindfulness. I’m also a Certified Trauma Therapy Specialist, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to all aspects of my work.
We all carry the wisdom to make decisions that are right for us, but sometimes get stuck using the same pattern to respond to every situation. I help people be more conscious of the patterns they engage in which allows opportunities to make better choices.
