I have great passion for what I do and truly love my job. Most clients tell me that they find me especially compassionate, open, and accepting. I am directive in my approach and try to let my clients know what I'm thinking. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to discover what it is that you want to change in your life and figure out what approach will work best for you.

My goal is to help people understand how their thoughts, feelings and actions relate to each other. Being able to tap into each allows people to respond more flexibly and effectively to people and problems.

We all carry the wisdom to make decisions that are right for us, but sometimes get stuck using the same pattern to respond to every situation. I help people be more conscious of the patterns they engage in which allows opportunities to make better choices.
