Amy Fife's Groups
Female-only Betrayal Trauma Group Phase 1 and 2
Amy co-facilitates a betrayal trauma group for women. Betrayal trauma occurs when someone we depend on for survival, or are significantly attached to, violates our trust in a critical way. The group offers a safe space for women to heal from the trauma of betrayal, increase her support system, identify and create healthy boundaries, and learn how to implement self-care and find peace and calm. Please email Amy if you are interested in finding out about the next group.
