It takes tremendous courage to reach out for help. We all experience times when life seems too difficult to bear. It can be confusing to know what to do and how to manage emotions. We are wired for connection and are not meant to face our challenges alone. Counseling is a safe place where you can learn new skills and process the stressors that life throws at you. You can find new ways of living that bring relief to your difficulties. No matter what struggles you face, your story is important and worth being heard. My goal is to help you feel seen and heard. You are important.

I specialize in helping people improve their relationships with others and themselves. This includes attachment issues, communication, betrayal, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self-esteem. I also have a passion for spiritual concerns including religious trauma, mixed-faith marriages, faith deconstruction, religious scrupulosity, and spiritual abuse.

I have have faced many challenges in my life. These experiences help me have more empathy and a deeper connection with my clients. I know what its like to struggle. I know how hard it is to find the right support. I also know what its like to heal. I would love to walk beside you along your journey to increased peace and joy. You are not alone.

I utilize Brainspotting to help clients process and release emotions and trauma. Brainspotting was developed from EMDR and is a powerful treatment modality. Many people notice a difference after just one session.
