Groups
Women's Group
I run a group for women ages 24-35 who are dealing with a variety of issues that face young adults today.....making a good living, feeling good about themselves, building adult relationships with family, finding partners, navigating the adult world. There are unique challenges facing these young women and many struggle to be and feel successful after college and the work world. This group allows them a place to share their struggles, insights & successes and to be around others who are in the same place as them. This is a diverse group who rely on one another for support. Group meets weekly.

Groups for Girls, ages 14-16, & 16-19
Groups bring girls together to share struggles & create what many members call a "sisterhood." Growing up is challenging for girls and these groups give girls a safe space to be themselves and address their problems. Members talk about depression, anxiety, academic pressure and performance, social skills, relationships, parents, worry, coping skills, family problems, etc. I presently have a Girls Groups that runs weekly: Monday 6:30-8pm for 11th & 12th grade girls. My associates are about to start a group for 9th & 10th grades girls, ages 14-16, which will run on Tuesday evenings.
