With over 20 years of experience as a school counselor, I have dedicated my career to supporting adolescents and young adults as they grow, overcome challenges, and achieve success. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling. My passion is helping young people recognize their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful positive change.
I utilize CBT and sand tray therapy, with Self Defeating Behavior therapy. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing people grow in confidence and reach their goals. I specialize in adolescents ages 10+ through young adults.
