Are you are a parent struggling with life changes, bonding, or post-partum depression? Do you have a child who has a hard time managing their emotions or has behaviors you/they need support with? Are you an adolescent or adult dealing with stress and overwhelm? I am trained to help individuals and families work on issues with attachment, family conflict, relationships, school/ work responsibilities, behavioral challenges, social skill deficits, difficulty regulating emotions, trauma and managing stress which affect one’s overall well-being. I am a fully licensed social worker trained in systems theory, certified in school social work and specialize in Infant Mental Health. I am trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well. My practice is trauma informed and I enjoy pulling from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best treat each individual.
I offer a flexible approach to therapy with a strong focus on building a therapeutic relationship with each client. I strive to meet clients and families where they are, offering a warm and compassionate environment with a lot of humor and a down-to-earth style in sessions. I encourage clients to show their true selves in my therapy room!
