My counseling experience is centered around healing from trauma, damaging relationships, unresolved grief, and other sources of pain. Our sessions will focus on uncovering the roots of shame, guilt, and self-deprecation. We will work toward deconstructing unhelpful beliefs and developing ways to cope with life's stressors based on your unique strengths.
