In our first session, we'll begin with brief introductions, explain my practice, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I explain what confidentiality entails and the modalities I use that may help address the struggles you are facing.
I love working with clients from their teenage years to the end of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools to help with their current life struggles. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about the struggles in their lives.
