We all reach moments in our lives when coping on our own is not sufficient. I specialize in grief, trauma, depression and anxiety, dysfunctional family systems. I also work with couples stuck in patterns and communication blocks.

I have been working in private practice, college counseling and community mental health settings for 17 + years. I served as clinical director at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy (BIP) for 7 years. I have experience supervising psychology and social work trainees and staff in each of these settings.
