Something can feel deeply wrong and still not have the words for it. Maybe you’ve experienced a traumatic event, a relationship that keeps hurting, or anxiety that makes it hard to trust yourself. You’re not broken. You just need a space where you don’t have to perform “okay.”

I work with teens, young adults, and adults in California who are navigating trauma, relationship pain, or anxiety. My approach is relational and attachment-based, focusing on the deeper picture: understanding where you came from, what you’ve carried, and what healing could actually look like for you.

I’m a pre-licensed therapist, supervised by a licensed therapist, and trained in the Gottman Method for couples. I work with individuals, couples, and families in person in Newport Beach and Tustin, or online anywhere in California. Sessions are $125, sliding scale is available, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
