I love helping teens, emerging adults, and adults reduce anxiety and fear related to life's uncertainty in transitions, from starting college, a career, changing careers/retiring, or starting new relationships. With over 20 years of experience, my client's say I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you'll quickly feel accepted and understood. From there, we'll work to renew self-energy, build confidence, heal wounds, and limit suffering. We’ll set goals to manage stress and prioritize self-care. I offer a compassionate heart, with a desire to help you feel empowered and motivated to live your best life, the one you deserve!
I individualize my clinical work drawing from evidence-based, holistic, therapeutic tools and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), ERP, Mindfulness, Meditation, EFT, and Mindset Training for Athletes. You will learn a variety of practical skills that can be used to improve your mental health and happiness.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want someone to talk things through with, I’m here to listen. By the end of therapy, I hope that you not only feel better, but gain confidence in your capacity for healing, and also develop a deeper sense of self-compassion, leaving you empowered to embrace who you are and enjoy the life you’re building.
