With over 20 years of experience in solo private practice, working at the V.A., military installations, mental health hospitals and school settings, I have accumulated substantial knowledge in treating Complex Trauma/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Harm, Abuses as Victim, Parent-Child/Marriage/FamilyRelational Problems, Adoption and Grief and Loss.
I have often utilize bibliotherapy and actively engage most clients in weekly self-help assignments. All in-office and online appointments are scheduled on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. I offer late evening sessions through 10pm. I am happy to provide sessions in SPANISH. Our sessions are completely confidential, and judgement-free.
