As a therapist, I operate with empathy, a nonjudgmental stance, and a goal oriented approach to assist you in reaching your goals. I work with adults and older adolescents with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, disordered eating, and personality disorders. My treatment philosophy is based in cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy.
