I have over 15 years of experience serving adults in all phases of life, including life transitions, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. While I have a strong focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, I also incorporate elements of mindfulness and solution-focused therapy to help you to make the changes you want to see.
