Clients who come to me are people that have experienced very heavy things, and need a quiet place to unpack that. I believe that the person seeking therapy is the driver of change, and I help them navigate obstacles as they happen. Their goals are to figure out who they are now, and how they react to the changes that have happened after trauma. They want to challenged, and they want support as they take next steps.
I work primarily with folks who have experienced trauma, mainly sexual assault and domestic violence. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, TF-CBT, and other trauma informed practices. I offer virtual services and In-Person options (Louisville only for in person). I do not offer conversion therapy.
Being part of someone's journey through life is such a privilege. I hope that I offer a safe and brave space for someone to process emotions, feelings, and figure out who they're becoming as they move through life.
