I have experience working with clients from 10 years old through adulthood. I enjoy providing therapy for people who are experiencing Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, OCD, or psychotic disorders like Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorder, as well as people who have a history of traumatic life events or current difficult transitions. I work with people who are seeking more enjoyment out of their lives, or who feel that their mental health creates limitations for them. Helping people improve their quality of life is my ultimate goal.
I am experienced in providing CBT for anxiety, depression and psychosis.
I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients, helping them set and achieve goals regarding how they would like to change their lives.
