I am an existentially oriented, humanistic psychotherapist and believe approaches and styles of therapy can be integrated in ways that cater to the individual needs of the client. Approaches I use are both evidence based and experiential - specifically trained in Brainspotting. I am motivated to help you get back to a life that is meaningful, joyful, and valuable.
Currently working towards being credentialed as a Certified ADHD professional (ADHD-CCSP) to help those with ADHD develop strategies to manage their symptoms and reach their fullest potential. I have considerable training in Play Therapy and experience working with children ages 9-12 on issues like family conflict/separation, loneliness and ADHD in school.
