Hello! I’m a neurodivergent therapist specializing in neurodiversity-affirming care. I work with autistic people, ADHDers and AuDHDers, people with PDA or OCD, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those living with trauma, PTSD, or DID. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood, pressured to mask, or told they must become more “normal” to belong. I offer a warm, authentic space where you will be seen, heard, and respected as the expert on your own life. Together, we can deepen your self-understanding, heal old wounds, build self-compassion, and find ways to navigate a stressful world without losing who you are.
As a neurodivergent therapist with 20 years of experience, I offer clinical expertise and lived understanding. I support children, teens, adults, and families through individualized, nonjudgmental care. Therapy may draw from EMDR, ACT, IFS, and somatic or nervous-system strategies, always adapted so you can participate as yourself—unmasked and unashamed.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I work to make the process easy. Our team helps with insurance and scheduling. I provide online therapy across Michigan. I welcome people of all neurotypes, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and body sizes! Reach out when you are ready.
