About
I love helping people rediscover joy in their lives! Little children, ages six and under, have a special place in my heart and I love helping them through life's ups and downs utilizing play therapy. I also love working with adults who need help parenting, have experienced trauma, who are walking through the grief journey, or are experiencing transitions in their daily lives. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, a Fully Trained EMDR Therapist, and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist. I would love to help you rediscover joy in your day to day life!
