About
I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for over 19 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see individuals, couples, groups, families and address ADHD, Anger management, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Opioid Use Disorder, Post-traumatic stress, Relationship challenges. I strive to be a compassionate and human therapist.
I use my experience to help guide the client to build a relationship of trust and healing. Together we use what is happening in the therapy session to better understand the experiences. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic therapy, Supportive therapy and solution focused therapy.
My approach is open minded, creative and I have specialized training in Trauma based therapy. I believe in seeing the client become a successful and happy person.
