Mindfulness practices are my foundation. I am grateful for those that have shared their journeys with me over the past twenty years dealing with a variety of transition issues: including couple's, individual adult men and women's issues, mood disorders and healing from trauma and loss. I am a Marine Corps veteran honored to be in service to veterans.
I have had the great privilege of working with people as they navigate through life transitions. I believe we all suffer and through our individual sufferings we are able to connect with our own resiliency and learn and grow from those challenges.
