I’m a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) in Iowa with over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery, helping clients heal and reconnect with themselves and the people they love.
