My ideal client would be someone who is motivated to engage in the therapy process, and is open to both feedback and support. The ideal client is also someone willing to learn and practice healthy coping skills, as well as integrate what they have learned in counseling into their everyday lives. Patients should understand that the therapy process takes time, and commitment as well as good attendance is necessary in order to see progress.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, addictions, and depression. I also run groups focused on domestic violence, anger management, and sex offender treatment, so I am well-versed in these areas as well. In addition to the perpetrators, I also am able to assist the survivors of domestic violence.
