My clients often come to me to feel seen and heard. They long for a connection they never had before, hoping to share their most intimate stories and conversations with ease, freedom, and without judgment. If you are dealing with personal issues you wish to explore in depth and in private with someone, I provide the space to explore your internal world together. Most importantly, everything remains confidential.
I provide traditional talk therapy and draw from psychodynamic, strength-focused, Gestalt, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities. I also offer a progressive form of therapy such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are adventurous in expanding their ways of thinking and behavior.
Born in Seoul and having lived in London, Sydney, Chicago, and Los Angeles, my multicultural experience helps me to see and connect with people from all backgrounds. I am curious to know who you are — your quirks, values, preferences, and alternative lifestyle choices, especially when they go against societal norms.
