My clients often come to me to feel seen and heard. They long for a connection they never had before, hoping to share their most intimate stories and conversations with ease, freedom, and without judgment. If you are dealing with personal issues you wish to explore in depth and in private, I provide a confidential space to explore your internal world together. As an EMDR therapist drawing from psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are open to exploring new ways of thinking and behavior.
