Now Accepting New Clients! I take a collaborative approach to therapy, my belief is that my role in therapy is to help join you in the process to help accomplish your goals. After receiving my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. I gained experience in counseling in various settings which helps me meet you where you are at. I have been practicing counseling since 2016, with a specialty in addiction, problem gambling, trauma and women’s issues.
Therapy is tailored to your personal goals, I take both a strength and values-based approach within the therapeutic process. I tend to intertwine various techniques that are drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy , person-centered and solution-focused approaches.
Taking the leap into the unknown is both scary and incredibly brave. This is a journey into self-discovery that is going to take effort and investment in yourself.
